UPDATE: Razor is encouraging owners of their Hovertrax products that are not certified to UL 2272 (the updated battery certification) to call Razor toll-free at 86 from 8 am to 5 pm PT, Monday through Friday. Razor will send consumers a shipping carton and pre-paid return label to return their Hovertrax to Razor. Affected serial numbers beginning with 55X120-01, 55X120-02, 55X110-01, 55X110-02 or 55X230-01 are included in the recall.
